I love when I get to try some delicious food and drinks. Plus when I get to find a new place I like, you bet that I will be back for more fun and food.
For me, this was the first time that I have ever been to Wasted Grain and is a very simple but detailed with just the right amount of rod iron and wood.

While I am here to Judge and try some signature cocktails by Tara Thorpe and Richie Moe. You should never drink on an empty stomach. So we started off on some hor ‘d oeuvres from the menu.
First up is Bacon Popcorn. Yes, You heard right sweetened caramel popcorn with bacon bits mixed in so you have some in every bite. This popcorn is so addicting to eat.
Up next is my favorite baked pretzel stick with roasted pepper cheese sauce. I could eat it all day long with a nice cold cocktail. The roasted pepper cheese sauce I think would be perfect for so many things. Like a pulled pork slider that has this roasted pepper cheese sauce.
The next two flatbreads remind me of an amazing super thin pizza. The Margherita Flatbread is one has Mozzarella, Basil, Tomatoes, Pomodoro sauce and drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This flatbread would be over the moon if it had some more vegetables or meat on it.
The second flatbread is called The McCoy Flatbread is like thin meat lovers pizza that has Sausage, Pepperoni, Salami, Onion, Pomodoro sauce, Provolone, and Jack Cheese. The Pomodoro sauce is a delicious tomato based sauce that is delightful.
So what about the meat right? I know the need for eating meat in a meal. So a Chicken Skewers are great to have with friends to share and try many things. The chicken is skewered with veggies and has a tart glaze on it that pairs with the vegetables wonderfully.
My affection for the new featured item the Prime Rib Slider is a Prime Rib sliced super thin on a Hawaiian roll with horseradish sauce on the side. These sliders are delicious, and when I dip it in the roasted pepper cheese sauce, it is amazing.
I was amazed at just how great the “Bar” food can be elevated to be more than just the average bar food.
