Grand Opening Celebration
1930 S Greenfield Road
Mesa, Az 85206
Opens at 9:30am
FTC:: I was invited to experience the Training Day of Raising Canes in Mesa Arizona and got two free meals no other compensation was given. All thoughts and love are my own for the brand.
Over the years I have been to many places and eaten at some high end and some very affordable places for ordinary families like myself. While ordinary families want to give their families the best, I understand that sometimes the struggle is hard. That is why when I find a place that is affordable, good and you can taste the difference in the quality of the food I keep going back.
About a year ago I went to my very first Rising Canes, and it was by accident. Josiah and I, were in Glendale, Az looking for a new place when I noticed there was a sign for chicken fingers. We figured we would try it out. From that moment on our love for Raising Canes was born and expanded to the rest of my family.
The juicy chicken tenderloins are marinated for 24 hours and never frozen to keep the chicken moist, so they will not dry out like some other places I have been to in the past. So what else for they have besides chicken fingers. Well, Texas Toast, Cold Slaw, French fries and Cane Sauce. I just love the cane sauce, and I just about put it on everything! I know the menu small and when you have something you put all your love into making it great. Why would you mess it up by adding more things to the menu?
The Founder, CEO, Fry Cook, and Cashier Todd Graves had a dream, and he made it a reality in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in August of 1996. Thankfully he earned enough money working 20 work days fishing for Sockeye Salmon in the dangerous conditions of Alaska. He tried to get a loan, but no one had faith in him that a Chicken Finger Resturant would make any money.
While Todd was renovating his very first Raising Canes Resturant, he only got help at the entrance of LSU. The Raising Canes mural came into focus when he was renovating that very first Raising Canes, Todd found the original mural and gave him inspiration, for now, the tribute in all the Raising Canes.
Raising Canes had come a long way since 1996 when he opened that first restaurant. Raising Canes now has over three hundred and twenty locations all across the United States, and the number is just only climbing higher.
Tomorrow June 16, right here in Mesa, Arizona off of Baseline and Greenfield road they are opening another Raising Canes! For the grand opening Raising Canes is still giving back to the community and has for years. For this celebration, they are going to be giving 100 percent of the net proceeds to the March of Dimes to help moms, babies, and families by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Raising Canes is committed to helping the community. So please come out to the grand opening ribbon cutting that takes place at 9:30 am. You can take part of the festivities by being one of the first hundred caniacs in the line will receive a free box combo and a commemorative gift.
